The user privacy policy and terms and conditions applies to all mobile apps published by Live Math Competitions and League on the Google Play Store/Apple store (ios) and any other third party website or play store this app is listed on. By installing these applications, the Users agree to the privacy policy and terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install these applications on your device. Any person utilizing the Mobile App or any of its features including participation in the various modes of the game such 1vs1 competition, League Mode, Event Mode being conducted on the Application shall be bound by these Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.

We at Live Math Competitions and League respect our user’s privacy and uphold it with our best efforts.

Data Collection

We at Live Math Competitions and league will be collecting user data from all users who register on our app and our website. Data pertaining to Name, Age, Mobile number, Email id, School Name, Division, Roll No etc will be collected from our end. Apart from this, the app also has features of logging in through social media apps such as Facebook and google, Necessary data from those accounts will also be collected.

Leagues, Events and 1vs1 competition

We will be organizing leagues, events and 1 vs 1 live competitions for our users. We do not interfere with any competition unless, we find out that any illegal activity such as usage of bots, cheating and any other illegal activity which is unfair to the honest users is taking place.

Results of the competitions are transparent and questions are random, we are not liable for any disruptions occurring during gameplay causing the game to shut down or freeze and the user to lose points or any other rewards for whatever reasons arising out of natural or manmade causes.

Schools Competition

We organize school competitions for users on a domestic(India) as well as on an international level. Registrations for these competitions will be voluntary. We charge users a registration fees for participating in the competitions. Users are solely liable for for providing correct information while registering their wards. Only parents, guardians, schools can register their wards for the competitions on our website.

The decision made by the organizers (i.e. Live Math Competitions & League)pertaining but not limited to the rules and regulations of the competition will be final and no objections will be entertained.

Leaderboards and Scoring

Our leaderboard and scoring pattern is completely automated, the scoring system can be changed as per our discretion, leaderboards for leagues and events are different from that of regular gameplay. We are not liable for any malfunctioning of the leaderboard, though we will try our best to avoid and rectify if such situations arise

Security

We at Live Math Competitions and league, have employed all tools necessary for protecting and securing your data. Apart from this while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not warrant or represent that your Account or any of Your Information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.

Push Notifications

By downloading this App you have consented to receive push notifications or alerts to you mobile device, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device to provide app-related information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate these notifications by changing your notification settings on your device.

We reserve the right to use and disclose the collected, non-personal data for the purpose of analytic services by us or our partners and contractors. Children below the age of 13 are encouraged to use the app, but under adult supervision however, we do not knowingly collect or process any Personal Information from children under the age of 13 and hereby specifically prohibit any user under the age of 13 from providing us with any Personal Information. If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, we will take necessary action and notify you if necessary. There is no fixed timeline for the necessary action as it depends on volume of queries we are handling and our available workforce.

Our app offers several integrations with respect to our league, events mode and 1vs1 competitions with sharing services and other tools (like Google, Facebook etc), that can be used to share information and take actions while interacting with our Service. Also we may integrate Social Media Services in our Games competitive services for sharing Scores and Achievement between players, like Google Play Games Services or others. The use of these services and tools is a free choice of each user. It’s not necessary to use these services. The social features that each User agreed to use enables the sharing of information with other contacts or the general public, depending on the configuration options the entity provides. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.

If you use one of our applications and connect to your Facebook or other Social Media account within such application, you will be providing us with basic account information i.e., user ID, name, email, gender, birthday, current city, profile picture URL and the user IDs of your friends who have also connected with our applications. In addition, we will cache data we receive from the Facebook or other Social Media APIs to improve our user experience.

This information is used solely to connect to the Social Media and allow users to display their data on the game accounts as their username, etc. This also allows Users to complete their actions such as sent request to their friends, connect and play with their friends, share information on their walls or timelines, etc.

This information is voluntarily provided by the user when they connect the app to their social media accounts. If you do not want to share this data with us, please refrain from connecting the app with your social media accounts. If you want us to delete the data we have received from your accounts, please contact us for the same.

The website and app design, logos, question banks, modules and other creatives are all trademarks of Live Math Competitions and League. Users agree not to display or use any of the trademarks of Live Math Competitions and League.

Limitation Of Liability

Under no circumstances will Live Math Competitions and League be liable to the user for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damage arising out of or in connection with use of the Live Math Competitions and League service, whether or not Live Math Competitions and League has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such limitation of liability shall apply (i) whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on the Live Math Competitions and League service, from inability to use the Live Math Competitions and League service, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the Live Math Competitions and League service (including such damages incurred by third parties), and (ii) notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law

Indemnity

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Live Math Competitions and League and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content the user submits, posts or transmits through the service, the user’s use of the Service, the user’s connection to the Service, the user’s violation of the ToS, or the user’s violation of any rights of another.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any dispute arising out of the use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, India. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds or Cancellation request will be entertained from users once they register for a competition. Registrations are entirely voluntary. Payment for a competition enables a user to participate in that same competition and not any other concurrent competitions.
