Global Mental Math Olympiad 2024: A Thrilling Two-Day Showdown
The 2nd Edition of the Global Mental Math Olympiad 2024 (GMMO 2024) was a resounding success, bringing together 800 talented contestants from 50 nationalities across the globe. This captivating two-day competition showcased the exceptional mental math prowess of participants from Romania, India, Qatar, Mauritius, South Africa, Egypt, Zimbabwe, USA, Spain, and the 7 Emirates of the United Arab Emirates.
Utilizing iPads provided by the Live Math Competitions and League Team, contestants tackled multiple-choice questions of varying difficulty levels on the proprietary ‘Arena by Livemcl’ app. The event was a testament to the power of mental math, with participants demonstrating remarkable skill and speed.
Hosted by Live Math Competitions and League, GMMO 2024 was a global celebration of mental math excellence, uniting brilliant minds from diverse backgrounds. The Olympiad’s success was a tribute to the dedication and passion of the contestants, organizers, and supporters who made this event an unforgettable experience.
Real-Time Leaderboard: Transparency and Thrills
The Live Leaderboard added an electrifying element to the competition, allowing participants to compete shoulder-to-shoulder and track their progress in real-time. This innovative feature ensured transparency, fairness, and an unparalleled competitive experience – a hallmark of the Global Mental Math Olympiad.

Mandatory Challenge:
- Standard Age-Wise Mix Mental Math Challenge: A comprehensive mental math competition tailored to participants’ age groups.
Optional Challenges:
- Zen Master Category: A highly skill-based mental math challenge with no age barriers, where participants across age groups compete in a battle of high skills.
- Sprint Challenge: A high-speed competition focusing on specific mental math skills, comprising:
