Building on the success of our flagship events, Mental Math World Cup (MMWC) and Global Mental Math Olympiad (GMMO), Live Math Competitions and League is thrilled to introduce the 1st edition of the Bahrain Mental Math Olympiad (BMMO 2025). This prestigious event will take place at Adhari Park, Manama, Bahrain, on 19th April 2025, and will now join our marquee annual events alongside MMWC and GMMO.
Live Math Competitions and League is conducting the Bahrain Mental Math Olympiad (BMMO) 2025 in collaboration with PECA International and E.A.S.E (Eduarty School of Excellence). PECA International is dedicated to empowering children in Bahrain through personalized support and innovative programs that enhance their self-esteem, resilience, and overall well-being. E.A.S.E is a leading online coaching organization committed to providing high-quality education and skill development.
2025 marks a significant milestone for Live Math Competitions and League, featuring the 4th edition of MMWC, the 3rd edition of GMMO in Dubai, and now the 1st edition of BMMO in Bahrain, offering students an unparalleled platform to showcase their mental math skills.
BMMO 2025 is being promoted as a one-of-a-kind digital mental math event, conducted in a gamified and competitive environment that enhances learning and engagement.
Participants will bring their own Android/iOS smartphones or tablets to compete in a unique, time-bound, multi-mode competition format with live leaderboards, offering instant results instead of traditional pen-and-paper exams.
Our mission is to ignite children’s interest in Mental Math through innovative competition formats that help them develop speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Past editions of our competitions have witnessed remarkable participation, with MMWC 2024 featuring over 8,000 participants from 59 countries and GMMO 2024 bringing together 800 competitors from 50 nationalities in Dubai.
BMMO 2025 will unite students from schools and training institutes across Bahrain and beyond, providing them with an opportunity to compete on a global stage. STANDARD Mandatory Challenge
Question Format: Engage with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Question Attempt: Attempt a total of 100 questions.
Duration as per Category:
• Challenger Category (6 to 8 years): One round of 10 minutes
• Master Category (9-11 years): One round of 12 minutes
• Grandmaster Category (12 years and above): One round of 12 minutes
Scoring System:
• Correct Answer: +10 points
• Incorrect Answer: -2 points
• Skipped Questions: No negative marking

Upon registering on our website, participants will promptly receive the following in their registered email:
a) A link to download the Practice App, along with
b) App login ID
c) A link to download the Study Kit.
Notably, the Study Kit is provided completely free of charge. Furthermore, our Practice app offers boundless practice opportunities for all participants.

Participant Guidelines and Terms
- Assigned Timeslots: All participants will receive specific timeslots according to their respective categories to report to the venue on their registered email id
- Registration and Reporting: Participants are required to register and check in at the Welcome Desk at least 30 minutes before their assigned timeslot.
- Attire: All participants must be dressed in their school or training institute’s uniforms.
- Identification: All participants must carry age-proof documentation or a school ID card, which will be checked at the welcome desk.
- Device Usage: All participants must bring their own fully charged Android or iOS smartphones or tablets for the competition. If a participant’s device is not in working condition for any reason, they will be disqualified, and the organizers will not be responsible.
- Wi-Fi: A private Wi-Fi internet connection will be provided by the organizers to all registered participants at the venue for the Competition.
- Rough Work: Participants are allowed to use Pen and Paper for rough work during the competition.
- Mock Test: Contestants must engage in the Mock Test using their registered email ID on our Competition app “Arena by LiveMCL”. User IDs and password-change instructions will be sent to the registered email. This will ensure that smooth participation on the competition day
- Accuracy Registration Details: Ensure that accurate registration details are provided as changes post-registration are not possible. Incorrect information may result in registration cancellation without fee refund.
- Multiple Registrations: While registering a second child, parents must use a different email ID. Email id provided during registration will be the login id of the participants and hence has to be unique for each participants
- Dispute Resolution: The Live Math Competitions and League organizers hold the right to make final decisions and interpretations on any disputes or issues related to the competition.
- Force Majeure: In the case of a Force Majeure event leading to competition cancellation or rescheduling, organizers shall not be held liable.
- Refund policy: We regret to inform you that our events operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once registration is completed, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
- Terms and Conditions: Organizers retain the right to modify the competition’s terms and conditions at their discretion and without prior notice.

Report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or hazards to event organizers immediately.

The event organizers hold no liability or responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur due to participation in hazardous activities or non-compliance with safety guidelines. Participants are responsible for their own actions and well-being during the event.
